We saw how broken recruitment was. So we rebuilt it from scratch.
SovaCore Digital was founded by G Keerthi, alongside co-founder Ravitheja, in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, with a clear mission: make hiring faster, smarter, and more human — by letting software handle what software does best.
Traditional staffing agencies were operating like it was 2005 — flooded inboxes, unvetted resumes, and zero accountability. We built proprietary recruitment software to change that, and started using it to deliver results for clients before we even told anyone about it.
Today, SovaCore Digital serves tech companies across the US and globally, placing pre-vetted engineers and leaders with 48-hour turnarounds and a track record of placement success. The software we built for ourselves is becoming a SaaS product for the world.
